Nice Rooftop Bar Soi 24 Sukhumvit Bangkok – Aire Rooftop Bar

Aire Rooftop Bar is located on Level 28 of the Hyatt Place Hotel, located on Soi 24 Sukhumvit, just a short walk from Phrom Phong BTS Station. There are loads of rooftop bars in Bangkok which I would highly recommend you go out of your way to visit. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit Aire Bar, but if you are staying at the Hyatt Place Hotel, or any of the hotels on Soi 24, then I would recommend you make a visit as it does have some nice views over Bangkok. They have happy hour buy 1 get 1 free from 6pm – 8pm daily. Friday and Saturday night get busy here, so you’ll need a reservation to get a nice table with a view.

I was staying at the Hyatt Place Hotel and went up to Aire Bar, just around sunset time for a few cleansing ales before I hit the nightlife of Bangkok. It is a very pleasant bar area, with an open air seating area at one side of the building, then a number of different enclosed areas on the side of the building and at the other end of the building, given a different views.

Staff were lovely. They have a food menu mostly serving Thai food but they have a classic mini burger (480 Baht++) and an Aussie Grass Fed Ribeye steak for 990 Thb++ which is much more than you would pay in Australia! Prices go up, as soon as you put the bar on the roof!

I recently went back to Aire Rooftop Bar for their happy hour, buy 1 get 1 free drink (limited selection of drinks). I also ordered a bowl for their Mixed Curly Fries and thick cut chips. They were very tasty fries / chips. The chips were soft and tender and the curly fries were nice and crispy, perfect combo for my pint of Asahi draft beer for 200 Baht, so only 100 baht per beer which is a very good price for a pint of Japanese beer in Bangkok!

The next visit I tried their mini-burgers with Australia Wagyu beef which were really good.

Draft beer prices start at 200 Baht++ for a small glass or 350 Baht++ for Asahi Japanese beer. They also have Singha beer on tap and bottle beers include Chang Beer (180B), Heineken (190B), Corono (220B) and Tawandaeng Indian Pale Ale (220B). They do have a selection of craft beers, white and red wine, extensive selection of spirits and loads of cocktails to choose from. Cocktails start at 330 Baht++. **Prices are from October 2024.

Aire Rooftop Bar is open Sunday to Wednesday 04:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight and Thursday to Saturday 04:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

From the back of the building, you can look towards the Lower Sukhumvit Area, acorss and to the left you’ll see in the distance the financial area Sathorn. To the right you can see Banjasari Park and right next door the Emsphere Shopping Mall.
