Shin Okubo is a popular place in Shinjuku Tokyo, referred to a Korea Town. Just 1 train stop away from the busy Shinjuku Train Station (2 minutes ride), Shin Okubo is a busy district which is lined with Korean restaurants, Korean Grocery stores, K-Pop music shops and plenty of cosmetic stores.

You can walk from Shin Okubo to Kabuchi-cho, the eastern side of Shinjuku Train station in around 10 minutes. There are plenty of budget hotels in the Shin Okubo area so is much cheaper than staying in the heart of Shinjuku.
