I went in to try some of their food over 2 lunch times on a recent visit to Surfers. First day I went for their classic Finns Burger ($21) which is a very tasty burger with flame-grilled beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and burger sauce in a toasted soft Turkish bun with seasoned fries. A great feed.

Next day I went in to try their Beef and Guinness Pie but they told me they had run out and were waiting for a delivery. I thought about the Bangers and Mash but instead went for their steak sandwich ($23) which has sliced rump steak with melted cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, & tomato relish served on a toasted soft Turkish bun, served with seasoned fries. This was much better than the burger. The rump steak was so tender! I highly recommend this dish.

Inside Finn McCool’s they have a pool table, large TV screens for showing live sports and often have live music on weekends. A great pub experience all round!
