Best Meat Pies in Surfers Paradise – Quinney’s Gourmets Pies

I love a good Aussie Meat Pie! So where can you get the best meat pie in Surfers Paradise? Well right in the centre of Surfers, just off the Surfers Paradise Boulevard on Elkhorn Avenue, is Quinney’s Gourmets Pies, a small bakery making home made, delicious meat pies, the best in Surfers Paradise.

Quinney’s Gourmets Pies is an award winning bakery and have been serving the best meat pies in Surfers since 2012. Their pies are classic Aussie food, with a crispy pastry filled with good quality Aussie beef, packed full of flavour. This is a place to get a delicious meal or snack at a very good price. I love finding a cheap eats venue for any city I visit.

My recent visits to Quinney’s Gourmets Pies I tried the best on the menu, the Chunky Steak Pie. This must be one of their most popular pies with good quality Aussie beef and a very tasty, rich gravy. The pastry is good quality and has solid integrity so the pie will hold its shape making it very to easy to eat.

I also tried one of my all time favourite meat pies, with potato and beef. Meat and potato in a pie. True culinary excellence! So tasty, a meal you dont need a knife and fork to eat.

They got loads of different types of pies including Beef & Red Wine, Steak Bacon & Cheese, Steak & Cheese, Steak Tomato & Onion, Lamb & Rosemary and Butter Chicken pies. They also got excellent sausage rolls and do a very good bacon and egg roll. Get in their early as their best pie sell out quick.
