Artisan Craft Burgers in Soi 11 Sukhumvit Bangkok

Artisan Craft Burgers is located down the end of Soi 11 Sukhumvit Bangkok, just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS Station. Their craft burgers are not so cheap, closer to International prices, costing around 280 Baht (A$12 or US$7.80). They have a good range of burgers including beef, chicken, pork and a veggie burger.

I went into to try their Pork Yeah! burger which it claims is made from Kurobuta Pork which is a famous Black Pig from Kagoshima in Japan. I tried it and was not so impressed. The pork cutlet was your standard pork, not the extremely high quality Kurobuta pork you get in Japan. The burger was topped with coleslaw which was very bland. It did have a Tonkatsu sauce which is like a BBQ flavour but again this lacked any real flavours. A big disappointment!

I thought about going back to try their beef burger but there are just too many good burgers places on Soi 11 to try. Maybe once I have exhausted the full list I will go back to try Artisan Craft Burgers beef burger.

Also the 149 Baht beef burgers at Bangkok Burgers are simple and delicious!
