Dim Sum at Lily Fu’s Asian Bistro Bangkok

Lily Fu’s Asian Bistro is an excellent Asian fusion restaurant located on Soi 11 Sukhumvit, just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS Train Station. We a large menu with a range of tasty Asian dishes, they have have a selection of delicious Dim Sum dumplings. This is not your classic Yum Cha restaurant but they do serve up tasty Dim Sum dumplings.

Lily Fu’s is located with the Mercure Hotel, a very classy restaurant with awesome decor inside. Friendly staff that speak good English and they have free WiFi internet.

I went in to Lily Fu’s for a light lunch and ordered 3 of the bamboo baskets of yummy dumplings. I choose my favourites, the Ha Gao Steamed Prawn Dumpling, Pork Siu Mai Dumplings and the Chicken with Yellow Curry Bao. These were similar to the BBQ Pork Buns you get at Yum Cha restaurant but with a Thai twist of having the Yellow Curry chicken inside the buns.

The cost of my meal came to around 400 Thai baht which included some Chinese tea. On Satruday and Sunday, for 499 Baht, they have All You Can Eat Dim Sum, with a limit of 2 hours. A good deal!
